Gregg St. John, Partner / Principal – With more than 25 years of experience in management consulting, Gregg has developed deep skills across an array of services, including Supply Chain Risk Management, Lean, Process Design & Transformation, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), IT Strategy, and Business Strategy. His work spans a number of industries including consumer goods, FDA-regulated companies, manufacturing and distribution, hospitals, heavily seasonal companies, and nonprofits. Gregg is equally capable and comfortable working with C-suite executives and staff members. Prior to co-founding StoneCross Group with his partners, he had his own successful consulting firm, was a consulting partner at Grant Thornton, was a consulting partner overseeing services for a top-tier regional firm, and consulted for a number of years at Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young. In addition to consulting, Gregg has held positions as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President.
Jeffrey St. John, Partner / Principal – With over 19 years of successfully delivering client solutions, Jeffrey is a proven leader in delivering client services in the areas of process re-engineering, increasing customer value, supply chain, logistics, lean, technology selections and implementations, IT strategy, and business strategy. Jeffrey brings his clients value through his strategic critical thinking skills, coupled with the necessary detailed execution approach to ensure successfully planned and delivered projects. Jeffrey is a proven team leader who can motivate and/or participate with team members of all levels while keeping client value as the ultimate deliverable of all projects. Jeffrey has held senior management positions within several firms, including Deloitte.
